Troy D. Davis, MS
President & C.E.O.

Mr. Davis is a Software Architect Engineer. Over the past eighteen years Mr. Davis has worked in the Unix and Windows environment developing and implementing multi-platform applications. He has hands-on experience in all phases of software development and implementation. His ability to understand software object models allows him to quickly find solutions for complex problems. He has consulted extensively with the Aerospace community where he has an excellent understand of the DoD specific guidelines for software development. He has attained programming experience working on various systems where he has lead teams of developers. In addition, he has served as senior consultant and advisor for numerous companies and performed the roles of Systems Engineer, Technical Lead, Programmer, Quality Assurance Lead, and Software Trainer. He has assisted in developing in-house strategies, protocols and standards for technical development, quality assurance and documentation. Prior to forming Jada Systems, he worked as Lead Software Developer for Lockheed-Martin, Boeing, Rockwell International, and AeroJet. He completed his undergraduate studies in Computer Science at California Lutheran University, and earned a Masters Degree in Systems Architecture & Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Joseph Lee
Vice President of Operations

Joseph Lee has over 25 years of proven success in Engineering Configuration Management, Engineering Management and Processes. Focused on complex system design including development environments and tools, and embedded systems. With full lifecycle experience from product concept to customer delivery Mr. Lee has proven experience in various product development. His most recent experience includes the development and support of the CMMI processes at the Boeing Corporation. His past experience and achievements include working for various military applications and proprietary projects.
